Shipping and Delivery within Denmark
Small items are shipped by parcel post and are normally delivered within 1-3 business days.
For larger furniture items, delivery can be purchased separately.
Furniture deliveries are generally available only within Denmark and are delivered curbside unless otherwise agreed in advance. RetroFyn aims to deliver all orders within 1-2 weeks from the order date. For furniture and other items requiring special transportation, we will contact you after your order has been placed to arrange a delivery date and time.
Delivery within the EU
Selected items can be shipped by parcel post to countries within the European Union. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Any shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Large furniture items, particularly fragile goods, and items requiring special transportation may be excluded from international shipping.
Store Pickup
If you choose Store Pickup, your order must be collected within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
We will contact you to arrange a pickup time that is convenient for you.
Failure to Collect
If an item is not collected within the agreed period, RetroFyn reserves the right to cancel the sale, refund the purchase amount, and sell the item to another customer.
